Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years year’s of sales, marketing and/or digital product analytics experience or equivalent

  • A deep understanding of statistical analysis (e.g. hypothesis testing, experimentation, regressions) and familiarity with R and/or Python
  • Advanced proficiency with SQL, Excel, Tableau

January AI is looking for an experienced, data-driven, customer-obsessed Head of CRM/Lifecycle Marketing to create and execute the retention strategy for our customers.

This person will develop the vision, and execute on building out our CRM capabilities across email, push, SMS, etc. Specifically, this person will also be tasked with understanding the customer’s journey on-site and off-site and deepening our relationship with them. This person will oversee all aspects of customer pathing on site, as well as loyalty program and database and content marketing strategy to our existing customer base. About you

As a Product Designer, you will be playing a major role in creating an engaging, empathetic, and elegant product that people love to use, improves their lives, and engages them each step of the way.
